By accessing QuickLeadCRM you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

QuickLeadCRM provides cloud-based customer relationship management tools including lead tracking, task management, quotations, and contracts. Features may change as the product evolves.

3. Accounts & access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Tenant users must sign in via the central login page; platform administrators use the separate admin portal.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access to other tenants' data, or interfere with platform operation.

5. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, QuickLeadCRM is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
